Directions and Parking
The MIS Research Center is located at the Carlson School of Management. The Carlson School is on the University of Minnesota's
West Bank Campus. The address is 321 19th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55455.
From Downtown Minneapolis:
Go east on Washington Avenue, which crosses over 35W and becomes Cedar Avenue
(at the bend in the road). Turn left onto 3rd Street South. Parking ramp entrance
is on your right.
From the North:
Take I-35W South to Washington Avenue Exit. Turn left onto Washington Avenue,
which crosses over 35W and becomes Cedar Avenue (at bend in road). Turn left
at the third stoplight onto 3rd Street. Parking ramp entrance is on your right.
From the South:
Take I-35W North to 3rd St./U of M - West Bank exit. Follow signs for
U of M West Bank. Turn right onto Washington Avenue, which becomes Cedar
Avenue (at bend in road). Turn left onto 3rd Street South. Parking ramp
entrance is on your right.
From the East (Saint Paul):
Take I-94 West to Riverside Avenue exit. Turn right onto Riverside. Follow
Riverside to 1/4 block past 19th Ave. and enter parking ramp. Parking
ramp entrance is on your right.
From the West:
Take I-94 to I-35W North (left exit). Once on 35W stay in right lane and
take 3rd St./U of M Exit #17C. Follow signs for U of M West Bank. Turn
right onto Washington Avenue, which becomes Cedar Avenue (at bend in road).
Turn left onto 3rd Street South. Parking ramp entrance is on your right.
Parking:
By-the-hour paid parking is available in the U of M 19th Avenue Ramp across
the street to the west, and in the U of M 21st Avenue Ramp across the
street to the southeast.
