Event Registration

Abstract

Leveraging global resources to reduce IT and R&D costs has rapidly become a business imperative. However, globally sourced development causes increased risk and new challenges that inhibit productivity and reduce the cost savings management expects. This session will cover the best practices and technologies VA Software has evolved over the past two and a half years for managing risk and getting the most from globally sourced development. And yes, the session does cover 80 practical recommendations for offshore success.
